THE GOOD CLIMATE GOVERNANCE PROJECT
We research, design, and advocate for institutions that can deliver just, durable, and effective climate action.

About
Founded on intellect, built for impact.
Envisioned in 2024 by postgraduates and alumni of the University of Oxford, the University of Central Florida, and Florida State University.
Founded by Priscilla Otero Guerra, a political strategist and Oxford-trained governance scholar, GCGP operates at the intersection of AI, data, policy, and multi-sector entrepreneurship. Our goal is simple but ambitious: to design, measure, and govern systems that protect people and planet for the long term.
The Good Climate Governance Project Incorporated (2025) is a pre-revenue, for-profit impact firm that designs ESG-aligned solutions to advance climate justice and regenerative development across global markets.
The Good Climate Governance Project (GCGP) aims to find answers to pressing issues of climate governance, health disparities, and political polarization.
GCGP is an innovative impact measurement startup firm that leverages data-driven insights and methodologies to empower organizations to achieve sustainable and equitable change.
We are currently pre-revenue and actively building partnerships with investors, institutions, and collaborators who share our vision for ethical governance and climate impact.
What makes us different
The Good Climate Governance Project delivers actionable research that helps institutions strengthen performance, reduce risk, and build trust in a rapidly evolving climate landscape. We combine rigorous data analytics with governance expertise to evaluate policy effectiveness, institutional readiness, and operational transparency. Our insights help partners allocate resources more efficiently and meet both regulatory and strategic goals with confidence. We are a living laboratory for ethical governance in a time of planetary crisis.
"Ethical governance for people and planet."
Our Philosophy
Architects of new political and economic imaginaries.
We are not simply in the business of climate action—we are architects of new political and economic imaginaries.
At The Good Climate Governance Project, we believe that climate governance must be reoriented around justice, intelligence, and imagination. We see governance not just as policy, but as design, relationship, and ethic—an evolving ecosystem shaped by power, narrative, and care. Our enterprise is not content with measuring impact—we interrogate who benefits, who decides, and what futures are possible.
Our mission is to enhance social, environmental, and economic impact across sectors by integrating climate justice, sustainable development, and responsible governance into the core of every initiative.
We are committed to transparency, rigorous research, and strategic financial management to support climate justice and local development worldwide.
The Good Climate Governance Project innovates and provides solutions because climate justice requires wealth redistribution across borders. We are a growing organization founded on the principles of human dignity, truth, and sustainable development.
